The adventures and exploits of Shaka are interesting, and there is a solid sense that even though you're getting to know her, you may not know all about her. Really enjoyed Rena's character development in House of Stars. Orion is a great addition. and yes, very seriously looking forward to book 3 except, then I will really miss these guys!
